Bee Hive

Well, it has been an interesting week...we got back from Auburn and settled in to bed and woke to vomit from one child and hives on another...Tuesday we had more hives and then yesterday, they covered Rusty from his forehead to his toes and EVERYWHERE in between! Today he looks better but he had us worried for a while. So for Halloween, the other two donned their costumes and Rusty was "stroller boy" (we made that up) because he couldn't walk from the hives on the soles of his feet. I went door to door with the kids carrying Rusty's bucket feeling like a fool and explaining the hives to every adult who looked at me like,"ya, right."

Regardless, it was a happy Halloween and he is doing marginally better today. Tomorrow, he will attempt school, I think. As for the other two...Well Wonder woman was a wonder and everyone (mostly adults) loved her costume and few kids asked who she was:0) And the lovable sidekick Robin had fun but didn't make quite the splash with out his superhero who was supposed to be batman but wore a disguise..."stroller boy." We brought home a huge amount of candy that will likely go straight to MY hips and so, I must throw 90 % of it out...it is evil!

So, the wait for a referral continues but, in 15 days we are off for some magical fun at Disney world...Stay tuned!
